both programs are led by jenn and kevin and meet on weekday evenings here in manahawkin, a short drive from long beach island and greater ocean county.

200-hour training

for dedicated students ready to teach, or simply ready to go deeper. tuesday and thursday evenings plus one weekend per month, for about three months.

tue + thu, 6:30-9:30pm · one weekend per month · tuition $3,500

one year of regular practice recommended. no teaching experience required.

300-hour training

for graduates of a 200-hour program who are ready to advance their teaching and their practice. monday and wednesday evenings for six months, with no weekend hours.

mon + wed, 6:30-9:30pm · no weekends · tuition $4,500

open to graduates of any 200-hour yoga teacher training program.

for the last two decades, jenn and kevin have been cultivating their practice and teaching all over the world. these programs are rooted in sivananda yoga, ashtanga yoga, and iyengar yoga.

once you graduate, you will receive your yoga teacher training certificate. you will leave with teaching experience and the foundation to continue your path as a yoga teacher. individual studios, employers, insurers, and locations may have their own requirements.
