200-hour yoga teacher training
begins tuesday, october 6, 2026.
whether you plan to teach or simply want to deepen your practice, this training gives you tools to better understand your practice, your body, and how yoga can support everyday life — along with the knowledge and experience to begin teaching if that is your path.
no prior teaching experience is required. you do not need to be flexible or injury free. just come as you are.

we may never know our true purpose if we are afraid to change.
deep roots, real tools
the training brings together asana, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, sequencing, alignment, pranayama, and the skills needed to begin teaching with care. we also spend time on accessibility and learning how to offer options for the different people who may walk into your class.
for the last two decades, jenn and kevin have been cultivating their practice and teaching all over the world. this program has its roots in sivananda yoga, ashtanga yoga, and iyengar yoga.
from ancient india to the modern day
through the teachings, we will cover many aspects of the practice, such as:
history
anatomy
asana
meditation
class sequencing
alignment
philosophy
pranayama
and more
come as you are
at least one year of regular practice is recommended. this can be asana, meditation, or study. no prior teaching experience is required, and you do not need to be flexible or injury free to take this training.
you will be provided with tools to better understand your practice, your body, and how yoga can support everyday life. we want to empower you with knowledge to form a deeper relationship with your yoga, both on and off the mat.
knowledge is better than mere ritualistic practice.
