As a member, what do I get?

Depending on your membership, you will receive either unlimited online only or unlimited studio/online classes.  

Will my membership auto renew?

Yes. You will be charged every month from the date of purchase.

What happens if I want to cancel my membership?

Although rare, it does happen. If you decide to cancel your membership there will be a one month cancellation fee applied to your account.

Are there any non-auto pay contract options?

Yes. We offer monthly non-contract options. ten class passes, five class passes, drop in classes.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is simple. You aren’t satisfied? Neither are we. If you are unhappy or something else comes up, contact us. We will work with you to make it work. (please note, any refunds will be applied to purchaser, not recipient.) 

How can I pay?

There are a few ways to pay. Cash, Credit and Check. You can also store a credit card on your account for faster purchases.
