Our 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training curriculum is designed to move you forward into a deeper understanding of the following areas:
You are required to have successfully completed a previous 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program. There is no date to when you have to have completed this training but we do find that most teachers like to transition and deepen their knowledge sooner rather later.
Our 300hr Yoga Teacher Training is one of the most sought after advanced trainings in New Jersey. Our program has be called “The best thing to ever happen to me.”

For the last two decades, Jenn and Kevin have been cultivating their yoga practice. Yoga has become much more then a way to move the body for them, they have found a way to weave it into their everyday lives.
Upon acceptance into the program, you will begin the journey of diving deeper into your practice. Once you graduate you will receive your 300hr Yoga Teacher Training certificate. This allows you to teach yoga anywhere in the world!
This training has provided me with tools to not only teach, but to empower myself. I never thought that I would be confident enough to teach, Kevin and Jenn are so patient and compassionate, they helped me find all the confidence I needed.
Jenn and Kevin are the most compassionate, loving, knowledgable people I know. To be honest I wasn’t sure this was the right thing for me.
