Seasonal Living
A seasonal exploration with Ayurveda roots
Seasonal Living draws from seasonal wisdom in Ayurveda and grounded in meditation and reflection. This practice-based gathering emphasizes awareness, simplicity, and self knowledge. The focus is not on fixing or achieving, but on noticing what is ready to move and creating space for renewal.
What the days look like
The day includes guided meditation, reflection, and seasonal context offered at an intentional pace. Practices are designed to support clarity and energy without rushing or overwhelm. Time is woven throughout for rest, inquiry, and integration, allowing the experience to unfold naturally and personally.

“I have never felt better”
TYHA is an amazing place to study. The sense of love and community created there is like nothing I have ever experienced. I have shown up broke, happy, sad and they still met me with love. I have never felt better than I do right now and I owe a lot of that to The Yoga Hive Academy and their teachers.
“Love being loved.”
I am so grateful to have studied with The Yoga Hive Academy. During one of the meditation sessions, I felt my heart drop the weight of not being good enough. The words Kevin spoke are definitely something you do not want to miss. So, so , so thankful
“Grounding”
“Kevin creates a space where you feel truly welcomed and supported. After the meditation training, I felt more connected to my practice and more confident continuing it at home. I left feeling cared for, steady, and deeply rooted.”
