Community

We love our town. Growing up in the water and the woods, we feel directly connected to all of our areas natural resources, including its people. The Yoga Hive is a space for everyone to come exactly as they are.

200 and 300-hour yoga teacher training

Graduates of The Yoga Hive Teacher Training Program are in great demand for their deep understanding of asana, anatomy, philosophy and their ability to integrate practice on and off their mat. Unlike other programs, we incorporate techniques taught to therapeutic yoga teachers to ensure our students are able to  provide a safe and accessible environment to everyone.

Some kind words from our community

I have been practicing with Jen for over 10 years. She is so great at what she does. She is caring, attentive and knowledgable. Jen is my absolute favorite teacher in the Manahawkin/Long Beach Island area. If you have a chance to take her class you should.- Patricia
Without these teachers, I would be lost. I am so thankful for the community and love The Yoga Hive provides.- Anne
I have taken many different classes with Jenn. Everything from warm gentle to Sivananda to power vinyasa flow. What comes to mind is balance. Balance between challenging the body and finding restoration. Balance between movement and breath. Each time, I learn something new about yoga and perhaps more importantly, my own capabilities.- Laura
